Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and provide direct patient care in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
- Support a positive and professional patient experience throughout the course of treatment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
