Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Implement established treatment plans and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
- Adhere to facility policies, dress code, and compliance standards as outlined during onboarding
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient setting
- Ability to fulfill a 20–26 week contract commitment
- Must obtain a permanent Washington state PTA license; compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure is required promptly
- Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient physical therapy environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
