We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive clinical team in a full-time permanent role. This position focuses on providing hands-on therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys working closely with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
ResponsibilitiesCarry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities
Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns
Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety precautions
Assist with preparing treatment areas and maintaining therapy equipment
Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly
Support a positive and patient-focused clinical environment
Active Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) in the state of practice
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Previous clinical experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
