Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy treatment and interventions to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed, documenting patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Float between assigned worksites as needed to meet patient care demands
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and standard credentialing requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability and willingness to float between worksites during assigned shifts
- Meet standard credentialing requirements for contract placement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience using Casamba documentation software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment
