Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and implementing treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and physical therapy procedures as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility requirements
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment for patients and staff
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
