We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 14-week travel assignment at Arlington, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility while earning competitive pay.
Assignment Details:
- Shift: Day Shift
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Days: Flexible (Sunday through Saturday coverage)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Contract Duration: 14 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Track and report patient progress
- Help patients improve strength, balance, and mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA
- Active Massachusetts PTA License
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
