Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends or on-call

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments and rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide direct patient care in a hospital environment, supporting patients with functional loss, pain management, and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting patients as required throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team regarding treatment progress and goals
• Handle critical and stressful clinical situations with composure and professionalism

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant Education Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Current Arkansas PTA license in good standing (pending licensure may be considered)
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 12 to 18 months of related clinical experience, excluding clinical affiliations completed as part of degree requirements
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a patient care setting
• Basic computer proficiency required for patient care documentation

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• Prior travel therapy experience strongly preferred

• Consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements
