Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Deliver physical therapy assistant services within an outpatient therapy setting
- Assist in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational policies as provided during onboarding
Required Qualifications- Active, permanent South Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license required — compact licensure alone is not accepted
- Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
- Must meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements before assignment start
- Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation therapy environments
