Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional training
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
Required Qualifications- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Physical Therapist (PT)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
