Key Responsibilities- Treat an average of 8 to 11 patients per day in an outpatient setting
- Provide physical therapy assistance for orthopedic, geriatric, balance, and deconditioning diagnoses
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in department-specific orientation and adhere to facility dress code standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Demonstrated experience working with orthopedic patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience treating geriatric patients and addressing balance-related conditions
- Familiarity with deconditioning rehabilitation protocols
