Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Communicate patient status and treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times
Required Qualifications- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Minimum guaranteed hours of 35 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a facility-based or clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
