Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistance services in an outpatient clinic setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions to patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Adhere to all facility policies, compliance standards, and credentialing requirements prior to and during the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
- Minimum of one professional reference from entire work history required
- Must meet all credentialing and compliance requirements prior to assignment start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
