Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to all credentialing, compliance, and documentation requirements as outlined by the facility
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Indiana (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a relevant clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start
- Must be available to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
