Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistant services across multiple clinic locations as assigned
- Assist in the implementation of patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions consistent with the assigned outpatient setting
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license — permanent South Carolina state license required (compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy outpatient or clinical setting
- Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
- Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a multi-site or split-location clinical environment
- Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation systems and workflows
