Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments in an outpatient, multidisciplinary therapy setting alongside occupational and speech therapy services
- Deliver primarily 30-minute treatment sessions with flexibility based on individual patient needs
- Manage a caseload of adult patients with diagnoses including orthopedics, ortho surgical, pain management, neurological, and sports medicine conditions
- Maintain productivity expectations of 80% patient care time per shift
- Float to other areas as needed and work weekend hours per facility needs
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PTA
- Flu vaccination required for assignments running November 1 through April 1 (declinations/exceptions must be client approved)
- Proficiency or ability to work within EPIC EMR
- Must wear black scrubs per facility dress code
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or multidisciplinary therapy environment
- Familiarity with neurological, sports medicine, and pain management patient populations
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable personality with strong communication skills
