Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to patients across assigned float areas
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Adapt to varying patient populations and settings as required by the split/float nature of the position
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability to work day shift hours with a 30-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a split or float therapy position
- Familiarity with a variety of patient populations and clinical settings
