Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient care plans as directed, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and progress
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license — permanent South Carolina state license required (compact license not accepted)
- Prior experience in a physical therapy setting
- Ability to complete required credentialing and documentation prior to assignment start
- Must meet all contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
