Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday with rotating shift hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM on Monday/Wednesday/Friday; 10:30 AM–7:00 PM on Tuesday/Thursday) | 8-Hour Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day with 30-minute individual treatment sessions
- Maintain a departmental productivity goal of 70%
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to professional dress standards (scrubs or business casual attire required)
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts PTA licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of PTA experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2 or more years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Prior experience managing high patient volumes in an outpatient environment
