Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Valid state or federally issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability to work a guaranteed 35 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a facility or clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
