Key Responsibilities- Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment updates
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for patients and staff at all times
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability to meet guaranteed hours requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
