Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in delivering patient care and treatment plans within an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Carry out prescribed therapeutic exercises and interventions under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon
- Permanent Oregon state license required; compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
