Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in carrying out treatment plans for patients
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Document patient progress and treatment in compliance with regulations
Educate and support patients and families in therapy techniques and ongoing care
Work collaboratively with PTs, physicians, and other members of the care team
Ensure safe and effective use of therapy equipment
Requirements
Active Georgia Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
