Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $996 to $1,196 per week in Manteo, NC

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license or participation in the Physical Therapy Compact and ability to practice in NC prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to or on start date.
• Experience in Home Health settings required.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) electronic documentation required.
• Productivity experience meeting approximately 32 patient visits per week preferred.
• Familiarity with adaptive equipment, home-based care procedures, and collaborative communication with supervising Physical Therapists preferred.

• Shift Hours: 08:00-17:00.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• Productivity expectation: approximately 32 visits per week.
• Counties covered: Currituck and Dare. Travel between patient homes within these counties required.
