Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant. You will provide physical therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist in a home health setting. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Maryland license. Compact license accepted.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience providing home health physical therapy services. (Client-preferred requirement: HCHB charting experience.)
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations: 28–32 points per week as required by the client.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Harford County for patient visits.
  • Maintain documentation in required formats and timelines to meet company, funding source, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adherence to HIPAA, company Code of Conduct, corporate compliance and applicable state/federal laws.
  • Preferred: prior home health caseload experience. This is preferred, not required.
