Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $956 to $1,156 per week in Danbury, CT

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to or at start of assignment.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Candidates with experience in post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings are preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with transfers, ambulation programs, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care established by a licensed Physical Therapist and to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
