Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $956 to $1,156 per week in Bronx, NY

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active New York State PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. (Client may request specific BLS provider.)
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with geriatric care, transfers, gait training, and restorative programs preferred.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification and ability to complete facility-specific onboarding requirements.
