Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Florida PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs, transfer training, and use of gait belts and assistive devices preferred.
  • Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow plan of care.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Schedule: 4x8 (four 8-hour shifts per week).
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
  • Assignment Length: 13 Week assignment.
