Location: Pensacola, FL

Pay: $2,932.40 weekly

Shifts: Available for visits from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with one weekend per month availability for weekend PT admits

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Pensacola, FL. This role focuses on Home Health and requires proficiency in Oasis and point care EMR systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and be available for weekday visits with occasional weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
  • Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders/referrals
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
  • Review patient records for diagnosis, history, precautions, and contraindications
  • Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence/function
  • Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and modify as necessary
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team and family
  • Consult with medical providers on evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge
  • Recommend and assist in securing adaptive equipment for patient rehab programs
  • Maintain and submit documentation as required by company and regulations
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities
  • Participate in and lead staff development programs and obtain continuing education

Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • Florida Physical Therapy License
  • Proficiency in Home Health, Oasis, and point care/home care home base EMR systems
  • Experience with post-op joint care therapy
