Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PTA Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending licenses accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Reliable transportation Description: Home Health PTA position available in the area. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. The staff-to-patient ratio is 1:1. Travelers may visit up to 6 patients per day. A standard of 30 productivity points is expected. First-time travelers are accepted. No weekend requirements are in place. On-call duties are not required. Travelers will not need to float between units. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated. Local candidates will be considered within a 50-75 mile radius. Travelers must have their own transportation. The facility prioritizes minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional travel may involve a maximum distance of roughly 60 miles. Primary series COVID vaccination and one booster are required. Business casual attire is required; scrubs are allowed but not mandatory. Charting is completed using remote client systems. There is a mileage reimbursement available.
