Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation setting. This role supports Physical Therapists in delivering structured patient care aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans and supporting patient rehabilitation under clinical supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
Support patients through therapeutic exercise programs
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain patient safety during therapy sessions
Provide patient education on rehabilitation exercises
Ensure compliance with clinical care standards
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
Ability to work a weekday rehabilitation schedule
