Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Deliver care in patients' homes across the assigned service area.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques.
