Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Lisle, IL. Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in home health preferred but new-to-setting candidates will be considered.
  • Familiarity with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.
  • Ability to drive and reliably travel to patient homes. Expected mileage varies, around 25 miles per day.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous home health caseload management experience.
  • Experience meeting productivity expectations similar to 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
  • Orientation completion and ability to complete a 5-day orientation.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • EMR: Home Care Home Base.
  • Orientation: 5 days.
