AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Bermuda Run, North Carolina, 27006!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week assignment at a healthcare facility. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide therapy services that help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions
  • Monitor patient progress during therapy sessions and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, and safety precautions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional treatment environment
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on positive rehabilitation outcomes
Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Required: Active PTA license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
