Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least one year of home health (HH) experience required.
• Experience with HCHB preferred, not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Comfort with visiting multiple patient homes across a geographic area.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts, 0800–1700.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• No on-call or weekend work required.
• Travel area includes Corona, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Norco, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Perris, and Redlands; candidate must be able to travel within this geographic region.
