- Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide physical therapy treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement patient treatment plans as directed and delegated by the supervising PT
- Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training per the plan of care
- Document patient progress, daily treatment notes, and responses to therapy accurately in the EMR
- Communicate patient status changes and clinical findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment
- Adhere to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and infection control protocols
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active state Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licence New Hampshire, current and in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification current
