Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,684 to $1,884 per week in Plano, TX

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
• 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Homecare Homebase experience.
