Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
  • Proof of current CPR certification required.
  • Current driver’s license required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance required.
  • Ability to work in home health settings and travel locally as needed, including performing home visits and carrying equipment.
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting, bending, pulling and pushing.
  • Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Preferred: Experience with geriatric population and familiarity with common home health documentation systems. (Preferred)
