Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active state PTA license required to start the assignment in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Familiarity with general computer use including e-mail, internet navigation, starting programs, and basic online HR and training platforms.
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
• Experience working in home health settings preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: Ability to carry out treatment, implementation, and documentation of patient status under the direction of a registered physical therapist.
