Job Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract rehabilitation assignment. The PTA will support Physical Therapists in delivering treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists with implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility assistance
Track and document patient progress
Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and recovery techniques
Support safe transfers and mobility training
Collaborate with rehab and clinical teams
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
Maintain accurate documentation

End Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: ~13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week
Requirements
Active PTA license (state required)
Graduate of accredited PTA program
CPR/BLS certification preferred
Experience in rehab/SNF settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
