Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Schedule: Monday Friday
Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS certification preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
35 guaranteed hours per week
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and communicate results to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
Contract assignment offering schedule stability and professional growth opportunities
