Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active New Mexico PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with patient transfers, mobility training, and assistive device instruction preferred.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document per facility standards.
  • Client requires clinicians to work a standard day shift schedule of 5x8, 0800-1630 for this assignment.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0800–1630 (5x8).
  • Assignment Length: 14-week contract.
  • Typical meal break: 30 minutes.
