Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant required prior to the start of the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, including experience with geriatric patient care and home health environments.
• Proof of current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal auto insurance required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
• Must maintain confidentiality and meet mandatory continuing education and licensure requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation systems used in home health.
• Experience administering therapeutic modalities, manual exercises, and patient/family education in home settings.
• Experience coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 5x8.
• Local travel required. Candidate must be able to travel to patient homes within the service area.
