Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.

  • Proof of current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and meet mandatory continuing education and licensure requirements.

Assignment Details

  • Shift: Days, 5x8.
  • Local travel required. Candidate must be able to travel to patient homes within the service area.

The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of appropriate physical therapy services within a framework of interdisciplinary collaboration and consultation. Services are furnished under the supervision of a qualified Licensed Physical Therapist.
