Well respected Outpatient facility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Springfield, IL. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. Our outpatient and skilled nursing (SNF) communities provide therapy services exclusively to senior residents in beautiful, upscale settings. These environments allow therapists to deliver care on-site in a supportive and resident-centered way.
Our outpatient program is unique-not your typical outpatient or home health setting. Therapists typically work with about 8 residents a day, providing one-on-one care rather than group or multiple concurrent treatments.
This personalized approach allows therapists to make a meaningful impact, creating a rewarding experience that traveling therapists also greatly enjoy.
Required Qualifications Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient Experience: 1 year PTA-IL Certifications: BLS References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications Outpatient Experience in Assisted Living Community Active IL License COVID Vaccination/Booster BLS/NPI
