Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,484 to $1,684 per week in Walla Walla, WA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Washington license required to start the assignment. Applicant must also have or be able to obtain an Oregon license; may begin the assignment with a Washington license while obtaining Oregon licensure.
• Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8).
• Length of contract: 13 weeks.
• Territory: Walla Walla County with coverage extending into lower Columbia County and up to approximately 60 miles into Umatilla County. Clinicians will be assigned to a geographic team and will work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.
