Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active PTA license in MD required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to patient homes within the branch service territory.
  • Experience delivering care in home health or visiting multiple patient residences per day is required.
  • Ability to travel daily within the branch service area and manage multiple home visits in a single shift.
  • Preferred: strong time management and effective communication skills.
