Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting

• 35-40 hours needed per week
