Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant

Pay: $1,446.40 weekly

Shifts: M-F 8 to 5 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a contract assignment in Manteo, NC. This role involves delivering physical therapy services under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist in a home health environment, covering the counties of Currituck and Dare.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Provide physical therapy services as planned and supervised by the Physical Therapist
  • Consult with the Physical Therapist regarding patient treatment and progress
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and report issues to ensure functionality
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the Physical Therapist
  • Incorporate adaptive equipment to enhance rehabilitation programs
  • Maintain and submit accurate treatment and billing documentation
  • Adhere to Company policies and standards, including HIPAA and professional practices
  • Engage in staff development programs and mandatory continuing education

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant
  • PTA license in NC or a compact state
  • Experience in home health
  • Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) systems
