- Flexible shifts -- majority M-F 8 am - 5 pm
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Minor holidays required; major holidays only if needed
- Patients: ortho, strokes, joint, and spinal injury diagnoses
- Home health and OASIS experience preferred
- 2 years PTA experience required
- Training in home health provided
- Active license required for submission

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $12.58- $15.18 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
