Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,391 to $1,591 per week in Portage, MI

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Home health experience required.
• Experience providing skilled home health services in St. Joseph and Branch counties preferred.
• Ability to document visits using electronic medical records and follow care plans as directed by supervising Physical Therapist preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday.
• Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Start Window: May through August assignment period.
