Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience required
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with Nethealth/PCC

• 100 bed facility with in-house therapy
